Refund Policy
At Ocean Dragon, each jewelry item is custom-made just for you, which means we are unable to offer full refunds in most cases. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we’re here to help if something goes wrong.

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.

After 12 hours, work on your customized item begins, and cancellation will not be possible.

To cancel, please message us immediately via WhatsApp or Instagram with your order number.

We do not accept returns for reasons like:

Change of mind

Disliking the design after delivery

Incorrect information (name, size, etc.) provided by the customer
