Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

Cancellation: Any order can be cancelled if it's cancelled within two hours from the time it's placed. Return: Any order can be returned with in 5 days with the following compliance: Change of mind is not applicable for return and refund. If the item received is damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, a refund will be issued based on My Shop Zainstore assessment. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with their tags intact. Any items found used will be rejected and returned back to customers. Exchange policy: No exchange policy.
