Shipping Policy
SHIPPING TERMS
We strive to ensure that your orders reach you as soon as possible. After placing an order, you will instantly receive a confirmation e-mail with details of your order. It will then be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order. Usually, all items are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 48 hours (provided it is a business day). However, we will let you know via a phone call or SMS if an item is out of stock, and the soonest it can be dispatched.
- In Pakistan, we offer a standard shipping charge on all orders of Rs 200, no matter how big or small your package is.
- For nationwide delivery, we use Swyft, Call Courier, Trax, Blue Ex & TCS services.
- The projected delivery time for all non-Lahore based orders is 2-4 business days.
- For international deliveries we use DHL, you will need to contact us on rossiabeauty@gmail.com and we can respond with shipping costs based on your destination.
*Please note that your parcel will only be delivered to the shipping address and not to any alternative address.

Refund Policy
We offer returns and replacements for damaged or incorrect deliveries. Please submit your claim within 2 days of delivery, with photo or video proof of the parcel’s condition.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unopened, unused, in original packaging, and with the original invoice.
- Returns must reach our warehouse within 15 days of delivery.
After our quality assurance team assesses the returned item, a replacement or coupon will be issued.
Note:
- Customers are responsible for the safe return of items.
- We do not support replacements for change of mind or product preference.
- Instead of cash refunds, we provide coupons for future purchases.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
