PURE CEYLON CINNAMON- Also known as true cinnamon/ cinnamomum verum is sourced from the lands of Sri Lanka, which was earlier known as Ceylon. This can be added to various curries, stews, desserts, oatmeal, toast, drinks, tea.
NOT CASSIA- Ceylon cinnamon is a variety which is unique, safe quality, expensive and the most recommended cinnamon as compared to other varieties of cinnamon.
QUALITY- Sri Lankan cinnamon contains ultra low amounts of coumarin which is healthy as compared to cassia which contains high amounts of coumarin.
