Description
This ready to cook Atta mix can be used to make Chapattis, Rotis & Phulkas like any other normal Atta. For one big spoon of Atta mix, add half to one cup of warm water, to knead. Add salt to taste. Allow the dough to rest for 15 mins. Make dough balls, spread and cook in preheated Tawa. For Phulka expose to a naked flame. It can also be used to make Puttu.
