Keto-friendly & gluten-free, almond flour is obtained by removing the skin of almonds I.E blanching and then finely milling the skinned almonds. The resultant powdery, flour-like product is known as coconut flour. By nature almond flour is made of 100% almonds and contains no additives at all, not even preservatives. The high shelf life is arrived at because of a careful blanching and grinding process.
