Urban Platter Dried Persian Zereshk Berries, 100g (Tart and Rich Barberries, Perfect for Berry Pulao, Parsi Dishes, Zarishk Polow, Rich in Vitamin C)

Mildly sweet and Deliciously sour dried Barberries. Used to make the famous Zeresh Polo or Berry Pulao of Bombay. The best way to use them is to soak in water for 30 mins and then saute mildly for 2 minutes in Butter / Ghee and use them as a Garnish. Urban Platter - Simply Good Food! :)
