What is the suggested dose? 2 to 10 gm/day. You can take this in divided doses. Do not exceed daily intake of licorice Root powder from the recommended amount (Not more than 70gm/day). Excessive consumption of Licorice may result in hypokalemia, increase in blood pressure and muscle weakness. How can I include licorice in my daily routine?
