Our desiccated coconut contains numerous vitamins and minerals and is simply delicious in sweet and savoury meals and drinks. With a subtly sweet and exotic coconut flavour, it contains a variety of vitamins including B vitamins and vitamin C as well as a selection of minerals, such as magnesium, phosphorus, manganese and potassium.
