The nectar is then been boiled down until it crystalizes into a delightfully delicious and delectable sugar. ROAR Coconut Sugar has a lovely caramel flavour and is completely unrefined – made without the use of solvents, bleaches or chemicals. It pairs particularly well with coffee if you need sweetness in your morning brew. It can also be substituted 1:1 with cane sugar in brekkies, baking, desserts and pretty much anything that needs some sugar baby.
